This role is located in Shanghai. We are looking for a candidate that can thrive in a creative environment where collaboration, client service, intelligence and humor are a must. The web analyst is an essential role on our team, and reports to a Senior Strategy Director.

Responsibilities:
-Provide analysis of web site and e-marketing performance utilizing a multitude of data sources.
-A background in online marketing or site publishing is extremely helpful.
-Support account team members in providing exceptional client service.
-Create well organized presentations and reports with direction from senior project leads.
-The ability to recognize and solve data problems and inconsistencies.
“SEO Specialist”:
This role to be located in Shanghai.
This role requires strong knowledge of practice, strategy, and management for Search Engine Marketing and specifically Search Engine Optimization (SEO). The candidate will help coordinate efforts between central client operations and local market agency and client resources. This role requires strong technical understanding related to search engine indexing, compliant design, and optimization. The successful candidate will understand the nuances and requirements of managing effective global search engine programs. This includes understanding of market-specific search engines, end-to-end keyword strategy in local language and cultures, and prioritization logic based on in-market strategic opportunities.
Responsibilities:
-Understand current SEO directives, progress, and strategic goals from global client and synthesize into consistent strategy and oversight for global markets – this oversight must assure consistent and sustained adoption of SEO strategy and execution by local markets, and account for different levels of resource contribution from local markets.
-Work with regional teams, resources, and direct teams and resources as assigned. This includes interfacing with internal local market production resources and/or in-market SEO resources to guide basic and essential SEO execution – including but not necessarily limited to sitemaps localization, implementation, and maintenance for Robot.txt files, Sitemaps, market-appropriate search engine Webmaster Tools (Baidu, Google, etc.), and implementation of keyword assets such as meta-data population.
-For markets which invest independently in supplemental SEO support and resources: deliver requirements for central Wunderman SEO management to provide effective oversight on behalf of global client, support development of custom in-market programs, and build effective relationships with key stakeholders in these markets.
-Based on the level of market resource contribution, work with central Wunderman SEO management to provide appropriate best practices and guidance for minimum SEO strategy and execution, help ensure consistent and correct use of Wunderman SEO tools and platforms, including Keyword Value Index (KVI), Compliance Tools, and other supporting tools as necessary.
-Ensure consistent execution standards and compliance with methodology and process for all digital projects, working with creative and development teams as necessary.
-As necessary and approved by global client, provide technical evaluation and recommendations for global site architecture.
-Evangelize, present, and provide sales support for bringing services to new clients.
-Integrate efforts with teams and other agencies for paid media, social media, analytics, design, and site optimization.
