职责:
- 持续不断的积累对中国互联网社区发展与文化,网络营销战略,以及所服务的客户的行业,品牌和产品的丰富认知;
- 引领某些行业的网络口碑和社区文化研究,积极指导和整理相关领域的研究成果;
- 深入了解客户需求和行业发展,挖掘潜在客户和研究咨询业务拓展新思路新渠道,构思相关行业拓展和客户服务战略,带领客户服务团队完成年度业绩,保证客户的高满意度;
- 独立带领多个项目团队提供各类高质量的研究咨询服务,为客户提供各类非常有价值的咨询建议,帮助其营销战略策划,获得客户高度赞赏;
- 积极领导客户服务团队参与多个不同行业客户的研究咨询服务和新的业务拓展,设计和改进研究咨询服务产品和解决方案, 优化团队人员分工与协调,实现高质量高效率的团队合作;
- 积极参与并提议各类营销沟通活动,和业界的高级管理者广泛交流,参与业界各类论坛交流和分享,赢得专业声誉;
- 独立承担各类项目研究报告的演示和研究咨询服务的推介,主动和客户高层一起讨论中国网络社区变革带来的各类营销战略创新,赢得客户高层的高度认可;
- 领导和管理客户服务团队成员的研究,项目管理,客户沟通,和业务拓展工作,根据公司的各项战略和政策,完善客户服务团队的人员和业务管理并不断提出管理创新,指导团队成员的职业规划,实现人才培养和发展目标,树立卓越的团队精神;
- 组织和指导多个公司网络口碑研究模型,咨询产品及服务的开发和完善项目,实现突破与创新;
- 与其它客户服务团队积极交流和协作,分享新知;积极协调团队之间和部门之间的沟通,及时组织,响应,和支持;
- 深入理解公司各类网络口碑分析技术及其原理,指导团队成员灵活运用各类技术设计客户服务方案,协助提高技术方面的客户认知和营销沟通,不断并对技术发展和技术服务提出建设性的意见;
- 积极领导或组织各类网论资讯整理,行业研究等临时小组工作,组织公司及团队的活动;
Job Description:
- Continually accumulate experience and knowledge of Internet media as well as assigned client industry/brand/product related information
- Specialize in a specific industry's IWOM and online community culture research, and continuously reorganizes the research results of related domain;
- Able to analyze and identify new requirements from clients as well as development of the industry; able to identify potential customers and new channels, as well as assisting with the development of company services and products; contributes customer service strategy plan, lead research & consulting team achieve yearly targets, and ensure high satisfaction from clients
- Able to lead multi-project team and provide high quality research and consulting service for clients as well as valuable research suggestions, assist clients with marketing strategy plans and win high recognition by clients.
- Able to lead research and consulting team participate in consulting and research service to clients as well as new business development for different industries, design and improve service product and solution, optimize team member division and coordination, realize high quality and efficient team cooperation;
- Participate in and assist in company’s marketing PR activities, able to communicate with the industry’s professionals and participate in related forums, and achieve mutual recognition.
- Take ownership of all kinds of project’ report presentation as well as recommendation of consulting and research service, communicate with clients about the innovation of marketing strategy with the development of Chinese online community initiatively, win high approval from clients high-level official
- Able to instruct team members’ research work, project management, customer communication and business development; complete team members job design and business management , and regularly propose new innovative solutions according to company’s strategy and policy, realize the potential of talents by providing training and development and build team spirit;
- Able to participate and provide research on IWOM model as well as development and improvement of products and services, with breakthrough innovation
- Good in communicate and cooperate with other project team, willing to share new knowledge; able to communicate with other department smoothly with prompt response and supporting.
- Able to master IWOM technique and principle comprehensively and know how to utilize them effectively to meet clients needs as well as giving constructive recommendations to technological development and service;
- Participate in online information reorganization and industry research groups as well as join in company and team activities, assist in marketing communication activities positively;

- 经常参与BBS论坛讨论,广泛使用各类网络社会化媒体,和持续撰写个人博客的优先;
- 有汽车、医药健康、金融服务、电子技术、计算机和信息通讯、软件开发、网络游戏、多媒体传播等行业研究背景者优先。
Requirements
- College degree or above, major in marketing, business management, sociology, journalism, psychology, advertising, e-commerce, computer information system preferred
- 5-7 years or above of related network analysis experience or marketing research work and client service experience, research specialty in a few domains is a must;
- Understanding and strong interest in Internet media and Internet industry, devoted to Internet marketing research innovation with high research enthusiasm;
- Diligent with good moral character, courageous with good mastership, excellent leadership and trans-departmental organization, coordination and cooperation ability
- Good team management ability and communication skill as well as employee management ability, have experience lead team with at least 5 person, have experience on team cultivation and development
- Able to innovate with breakthrough mindset, must welcome challenges, can take high pressure work, take the result as the guidance and take ownership, able to solve problem independently with creativity and breakthrough mind
- Excellent research analysis and multi-task management ability, be rigorous to self as well as team members on research and consulting service, strive to perfect
- Ability to understand thoroughly customer’s needs, keep keen commercial consciousness, have strategic thinking and plan ability with outstanding service development ability
- Excellent English speaking & writing skills, can use English comfortably in writing, presentation and recommending research results as well as company service, strategy and value;
- Good computer application skill, understanding of basic database applications and familiar with statistic software preferred.
- Regular participation in BBS forums, use network socialization media widely and Blog writing is a plus
- Quick learner with knowledge of specific industries (e.g. pharmaceutical, financial service, automobile, consumer electronics, Information Communication, Software Development, Online Gaming industries) is preferred.
