4A Agency PHD - Digital Analyst

Reporting to the Data Analytics Manager, Digital, the Data Analyst position is responsible for implementing tracking tools to ensure accurate measurement and reporting. This role requires solid critical thinking and analytic skills to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance. Data Analyst requires to work closely with digital planners to ensure the campaign executed successfully.
Responsibilities
• Have clear understanding of campaign objective to ensure the data collection can meet the reporting/analysis needs
• Implement tracking codes to ensure accurate measurement and reporting
• Monitor performance of online advertising on a weekly basis; work with digital planners to ensure delivering as planned
• Utilize syndicated industry research/measurement tools to enhance reporting
• Proactive to identify risk/opportunity to inform digital media team
Requirements
• Bachelors degree in math, science or engineering or other quantitative studies with strong analytical skills from top University
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Chinese
